As a 1099 Sales Representative, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of working as your own boss, while being backed by a company that’s “Built for the Long Haul.”
What You'll Do
As a member of our extended team, you’ll build relationships, generate leads, and help customers protect what matters most. Key responsibilities include:
Client Engagement
Prospect and follow up with homeowners and business owners.
Present solutions clearly and confidently, based on customer needs.
Guide clients through the roofing process with transparency and care.
Sales Strategy Implementation
Develop your own plan to hit personal sales goals.
Leverage networking, referrals, and community connections to grow your pipeline.
Market Research
Stay informed on local roofing trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Share insights to help us improve services and stay ahead of the curve.
Sales Reporting
Track leads, appointments, and sales activity using our CRM.
Submit sales updates and forecasts regularly.
Customer Service
Maintain high levels of responsiveness and professionalism.
Build trust before, during, and after the job to generate repeat and referral business.
Training & Development
Access ongoing training in roofing systems, sales techniques, and service excellence.
Take ownership of your growth and success as an independent rep.
What You Bring
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-discipline and a high level of personal accountability
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow your income
Willingness to learn — roofing experience is helpful but not required
Reliable transportation and availability to meet clients in person
